Gear racks are types of linear/rotating movement comprises a circular gear (the pinion) engaging a linear/rotating gear(the rack), which operate to translate rotational motion into linear motion. It  has been widely used for every industry, including mining, hydro-mechanical, manufacturing and palm oil machinery.

Most of the gear rack available in the market is made of cast iron/cast steel and many of them has short lifetime due to cast material has low in tensile, yield, elongation and impact strength. Many cases the gear rack fails and problems occur.
